Questions About Firm Fabric
Do we have to write it all down first?
No. It builds from the work you are already doing. Writing things down is optional and usually unnecessary.
What if two partners disagree?
Conventions can be scoped to a team or a service line rather than the whole firm, and the disagreement stays visible.
Can we start it from an existing manual?
Yes — point us at it and it becomes the starting set, then observation refines it.
Is it shared between our offices?
By default yes, but you can scope any convention to one office where local practice differs.

It starts building from the first WorkStream you teach. There is no setup step, no import and no blank form waiting to be filled in.
